OKNOPLAST has emerged as the winner of the latest ranking by the WPROST weekly magazine, which has published its list of the 50 best employers in Poland for the sixth time.
Unlike many rankings based on trendy perks or fleeting HR fads, the WPROST ranking rewards what truly matters — employment stability. It’s not just about benefits like free fruit or office yoga, but hard data.
In this ranking, OKNOPLAST had no equal. As the editorial team of the weekly points out:
