On 8 September 2024, a group of OKNOPLAST employees took part in the Poland Business Run-an outstanding initiative held in Kraków. Our company was represented by five five‑member teams that not only gave an excellent showing but also achieved impressive sporting results.
The Poland Business Run is the largest charity relay race for businesses in Poland, aimed at helping people with disabilities. Runners from OKNOPLAST joined the event for the seventh time. Through their effort and entry fees, participants provide funding for prostheses, wheelchairs and essential rehabilitation, combining sporting excitement with tangible support for those facing difficult life circumstances.
We would especially like to congratulate Wojciech Baran from OKNOPLAST RUNNING TEAM 1, who posted an outstanding time of 00:11:58, earning 23rd place in the individual standings-an impressive achievement in such a demanding race.
We are extremely proud of our employees, who not only demonstrated excellent athletic form but also showed deep empathy and a desire to help others. For us, taking part in the Poland Business Run is not only an opportunity for sporting competition but, above all, a chance to act together on behalf of people in need. Thanks to your involvement, we have once again proven that by joining forces we can achieve more and make a real difference to the lives of those requiring support.
